Best for: Professionals looking for paid roles with STT.
What you’ll do: Client support, administration, research, content, coordination, clinical roles (as applicable).

Selection includes: Application + interview + verification (as required).
Volunteer
Best for: People who want to contribute time and skills to mental health awareness and impact work.
What you’ll do: Campaigns, awareness content, event support, outreach, community initiatives.
You’ll get: Volunteer confirmation, task briefs, supervision, community impact experience.
Selection includes: Application + basic screening for fit and safety.
Advocate
Best for: Individuals who want to represent STT’s mission ethically and responsibly. Ideal for doctors, educators, social workers, and community leaders who support safe mental-health signposting.
What you’ll do: Awareness advocacy, referrals, community education, safe signposting.
You’ll get: Advocate toolkit, brand guidelines, communication standards.
Selection includes: Application + values alignment check + onboarding briefing
