This session includes an in-depth assessment to better understand the client's condition, concerns, and support needs, followed by detailed feedback.
This option combines the introductory session and the full assessment into one package, providing both initial guidance and a complete evaluation.
Online sessions
Comprehensive package includes introductory, evaluation, feedback, follow ups, plus 15 sessions.
A single one-on-one session designed to provide focused support, guidance, and therapeutic attention based on your immediate needs.
This package includes four structured sessions, allowing for short-term therapeutic work with more continuity and follow-up support.
A longer-term package intended for deeper therapeutic engagement, consistent progress tracking, and comprehensive support over time.
This package is tailored to individual requirements and may include a broader therapeutic plan depending on the nature, duration, and level of support needed.
Onsite Sessions
A single onsite session designed to provide focused in-person support, guidance, and therapeutic attention based on immediate needs.
This onsite package includes five structured sessions, offering continuity of care and short-term in-person therapeutic support.
A longer-term onsite package intended for deeper therapeutic work, consistent progress monitoring, and comprehensive in-person support.
